1. Services

Manhattan Sub Zero Repair provides professional appliance repair services for Sub Zero, Wolf, Cove, and related premium appliances in Manhattan, New York City. By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Appointments

Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled by phone at (888) 684-5837. Same-day appointments are available subject to technician availability.

Access: You are responsible for ensuring our technician has access to the appliance at the scheduled appointment time. Building entry permissions, superintendent notifications, and service elevator scheduling are your responsibility unless otherwise arranged with us.

Cancellations: We ask for at least 2 hours advance notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a service call fee.

3. Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic fee of $90–$150 applies to all service visits. This fee covers travel to your Manhattan location, appliance inspection, fault diagnosis, and a written repair quote. The diagnostic fee is credited in full toward the cost of repair if you proceed with the recommended repair during the same visit.

If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.

4. Repair Quotes and Authorization

All repairs are quoted in writing before work begins. No repair work is performed without your explicit approval of the quoted price. The quoted price is the final price for the approved repair — we do not add charges after approval without your consent.

If additional issues are discovered during the repair, we will provide a supplemental quote for your approval before proceeding.

5. Parts

We use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for all repairs. Parts availability is subject to manufacturer supply. In the rare case that a required part is not available on the service vehicle, we will order the part and schedule a return visit at no additional diagnostic charge.

6. Warranty on Repairs

All completed repairs are covered by a 90-day parts and labor warranty from the date of repair. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of our repair due to the failure of a part we installed or workmanship error, we will return and correct the issue at no additional charge.

The warranty does not cover: new or unrelated failures, damage caused by misuse or power surges, sealed system failures unrelated to the original repair, or issues resulting from the customer's actions after the repair.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices are in US dollars and inclusive of labor and parts as quoted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including food spoilage, property damage caused by pre-existing conditions, or losses attributable to appliance failure.

We carry general liability insurance for property damage caused by our technicians during service. Please notify us immediately of any property damage that occurs during a service visit.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services should first be directed to us at (888) 684-5837. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in New York County, New York.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
