What the Sub-Zero Warranty Covers
- Parts: any OEM genuine part we installed, such as a compressor, defrost heater, thermistor, control board, water inlet valve, gasket or door seal.
- Labor: any workmanship fault; if the same temperature, leak, noise, frost or error code returns, we come back.
What It Does Not Cover
- Components we did not repair, and sealed system failures unrelated to our repair.
- Power surges, misuse, or damage to the built-in unit after our visit.
- Diagnosis-only visits where no repair was performed.
How to Use the Warranty
Call now, 7 AM to 9 PM, with the original repair date, the model and serial number and the symptom. We schedule a return visit, same day when available, and the technician checks whether the fault falls within warranty.
