What Our Warranty Covers
- Parts: Any OEM part installed by our technicians that fails within 90 days of installation
- Labor: Any workmanship issue — if the repair was performed incorrectly and the issue recurs, we return at no charge
- Same failure: If the specific component we repaired or replaced fails within 90 days, the warranty applies regardless of the cause
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- New, unrelated component failures that were not part of the original repair
- Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or electrical events after the repair
- Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or physical damage after the repair
- Sealed system failures that are unrelated to the original repair (compressor/refrigerant issues in a unit where we repaired a thermostat, for example)
- Issues caused by the customer's modifications to the appliance after our repair
- Diagnostic visits where no repair was performed (diagnostic fee only)
How to Use Your Warranty
If your Sub Zero appliance has an issue within 90 days of our repair:

- Reference your original repair date and the nature of the issue
- We will schedule a warranty return visit — at no charge
- Our technician will diagnose whether the issue falls within warranty coverage and repair it accordingly

OEM Parts Warranty
In addition to our 90-day labor warranty, genuine OEM Sub Zero parts carry manufacturer warranties that may extend beyond 90 days depending on the part. We will inform you of any applicable manufacturer parts warranty when we perform your repair.
Sub Zero Manufacturer Warranty
Using OEM parts and certified repair procedures means our repairs are compatible with Sub Zero's existing manufacturer warranty, where applicable. Using aftermarket parts or non-certified technicians can void your Sub Zero manufacturer warranty — another reason to choose certified repair.
